We collected this recipe from our good friend Miju Ko. Miju is a Jeju and Seoul based fashion designer who is also known for her great Korean home-cooking skills. In this recipe, Miju has shown us how to make delicious and traditional Korean pancakes with a few easy-to-get ingredients from our pantry. It is true that, without over-cooking or over-seasoning, simple ingredient always tastes at its best.
